What is Fireball Approves? 

Fireball Approves LLC is an identity verification service for scam prevention.  

What services does Fireball Approves provide?

• Fireball Approves will confirm the identity of the advertiser.  This will ensure you are not corresponding with a scammer.  
• Fireball Approves will vouch for property owners and/or leasing agents/authorized contacts who pass our robust vetting, which includes;

1. Proof of property ownership
2. Positive Identification
3. Phone and email

What information does the customer provide to use any service?

Fireball Approves only needs your name and email to request an inquiry.  We utilize PayPal as our payment platform; Fireball Approves will not have access to your payment information. To request an inquiry you only need to provide the items you want verified; i.e. Name, Address, Phone and Email or any combination of the property owner information.  If we are verifying a vehicle owner, we will need the serial or VIN#.  Fireball Approves also needs to know where you found the advertisement.

What information will I receive after I pay for the service?  

After confirmation of the requested information you provided – you will receive an email with one of these results:

Green= Fireball Approves Property Owner, the information requested is confirmed

Yellow= Information request was CONFIRMED but property owner has not yet been accredited by Fireball Approves (DOES NOT APPLY TO VEHICLE CONFIRMATION)

Red= Fireball Approves was unable to confirm all of the information provided. This does not constitute a fraud detection, just that we were unable to confirm the data on this property owner 

Is there a limit to how many inquiries I can make?

There is no limit, however; each inquiry costs $19. There is no charge if inquiring on a Fireball Approved Property Owner

Is there a yearly fee with unlimited inquiries? If so, what is the fee?

At this time Fireball Approves is not offering a membership with unlimited inquiries but we are continually researching valuable products for our customers.  Please check back often for updates.  At this time, our charge per inquiry is $19.

What if I don't have a PayPal account?

At this time Fireball Approves is only accepting inquiries paid through PayPal.  PayPal will maintain your payment information, not Fireball Approves.  You do not need an account to pay with your credit/debit card when using PayPal.  When at the ordering page, scroll down and you may choose to pay with a credit/debit card without an account.

How long does it take to find out if my inquiry is a SCAM?

Fireball Approves goal is to return your inquiry results within 2-3 hours.  You can speak to your dedicated Scam Warrior Monday – Friday 9a – 5p ET.  You may submit your inquiries after-hours, but please understand, Fireball Approves will handle your request the next business day.   Please keep in mind, for a thorough confirmation it could take as long as 48 hours.

 
Is there a Money-Back Guarantee?

Yes, if Fireball Approves confirmed the identity of the owner and the confirmation we returned was incorrect.  We will refund your inquiry fee.  We require evidence you notified the following:

• The site you found the listing (i.e. Craigslist or other online site)
• The Federal Trade Commission (https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov)

Will the results of inquiry be emailed or mailed?

Fireball Approves wants you to receive the results of your inquiry as soon as possible, so we will email the results to you.

DOES FIREBALL APPROVES HAVE AN APP?

Not at this time; however, we recommend you save us to your desktop as a shortcut.  We will let you know when our app has been published.

Does Fireball Approves report SCAMMERS if found through an inquiry?

Fireball Approves will notify the owner if an inquiry was made and not confirmed.  The owner will have the responsibility to report the scammer.  This is why we ask where the customer found the listing.

I do not like to give out my SSN. Will I have to provide that information?

Fireball Approves does not blame you for not wanting to provide your personal data.  This is the reason we only ask for your name and email address.

I am a property-owner and because of the increase in scammers, I am not finding customers who trust my listings, can you help?

Absolutely, click on the Property Owner Section, complete the  application and submit.  

After we verify the information you provided, we will send you a PayPal invoice for $99 which is the cost of the annual accreditation.   Upon receipt of payment, you will be authorized to advertise to your potential customers you are Fireball Approved.  You will direct your customers to our site for verification.  Your welcome kit will include the wording to use on your advertisements.

Why will my potential customers need to submit an inquiry on FireballApproves.com after I have been accredited?

We need your customers to check with our identification inquiry service because anyone can claim to be accredited by Fireball Approves.   Rest assured, we are not releasing your information, rather we are only confirming the contact information you already gave to the customer.

I speak Spanish, can I use your services?

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to accommodate Spanish customers but as we grow, this will be the first product enhancement so please check FireballApproves.com often.

How are you able to confirm the ownership and the contact info including the email?

Fireball Approves uses multiple sources that are not available to the public.
